Sale of student loans

The UK Government has completed the process required to sell part of the English student loan book. Changes to credit card repayments

As of 26 September 2018 we can no longer accept repayments made by credit card. New legislation removed the ability to charge back fees for payments made by credit card. As a public funded body, we are unable to absorb the cost of credit card fees as this would mean charging the fees back to customers.

Updating your browser

From 30 April 2018 there will be changes made to enhance the security of card repayments made online. If you’re using an older browser this may mean that you’ll no longer be able to use this service unless you have an up to date version of your browser.
