Do you have a Student Loan administered by the Student Loans Company in the UK?
Login to your online student loan account to view your balance, update your personal details, make payments or use the balance calculator.
If you applied for student loans through Student Finance Direct, Student Finance Wales, or Student Finance Northern Ireland, you will have already been issued with a Customer Reference Number (formerly known as ART ID), password and secret question and answer. If you applied online or used any of the Student Finance self-service facilities such as View Payments, you will have set these to something personal.
Security Reminders
Over the next few months, we are sending security detail reminders to our customers. You should receive two letters. One will advise of your Customer Reference Number (formerly known as ART ID), the other will provide your password and secret answer.
If you need access to your account but have not received these details or have lost them, use our online password reset. To use this, you must have provided us with an email address. Give us your email address by phoning 0870 240 6298.
If you have a Fixed Term (Mortgage Style) loan, you will not get these reminders. You can still use our online services.
Phone us on 0870 240 6298 and give us your email address, then use our online password reset, which will generate new details.
